The Biloxi Visitor’s Center is located right on the beach and offers a wealth of information about the city of Biloxi. The Visitor’s Center features multimedia exhibits that give visitors and feel for what Biloxi has looked like in the past as well as the present. Visit the 67-seat theater on the second floor and catch one of the continuous showings of “We Are Biloxi”. Right across the street of the Visitor’s Center is the famous Biloxi Lighthouse which was erected in 1848. It has become the city’s signature landmark and symbol of the Biloxi’s resolve and resilience. The lighthouse is open to public tours.
